Greg Hallahan, Regional Business Development Director, presented a seminar for the DUSA European Association Suzhou in January 21st, 2010. The seminar offered an overview about "How to Conduct Internal Investigations in China".

About the Speaker

Mr. Hallahan first worked in China in 2000, and has been based in Shanghai for the past five years. Since joining PSA in 2006, Greg has worked on a variety of due diligence projects, ranging from pre-transactional due diligence through to internal fraud investigations and intellectual property theft cases. Greg’s role has led him to travel extensively throughout the PRC, though as PSA’s regional business development director he has also been involved in projects as far afield as Papua New Guinea, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. An active speaker in the field of due diligence in China, Greg regularly presents for a number of professional bodies in Shanghai and was the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce’s Corporate Governance Focus Group, from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Hallahan received a first-class Masters Degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University, Scotland. He is an accomplished Mandarin speaker and is conversant in Italian and Czech.
