The ISO certification was awarded by QAS International Ltd. – a globally recognized ISO accreditation group – following a comprehensive audit of PSA processes, procedures, and operating practices.
Each of PSA’s four major business lines was included in the scope of the certification: (1) Security and Crisis Management, (2) Business Intelligence, (3) Investigations, and (4) Screening.
Upon receiving the certification Scott Harrison, Managing Director of Pacific Strategies and Assessments, said “PSA is pleased to have been awarded this ISO certification. As a risk management organization, we understand that quality control, workplace excellence, and client satisfaction are crucial elements of success.”
